Our organization has been continuously engaged in drawing and photographic documentation of environments of varied nature people, objects and mostly architecture in India since 1980. What we saw and experienced in terms of the "Roots" of the Indian ethos in the Vernacular and the Colonial architecture posed an irresistible enigma that resulted in a drive for research and documentation. We have a collection of approximately 20,000 transparencies and negatives. Photographic and drawing documentation is treated as inspirational as well as source material for creative work and research. We also use this documentation as support material for teaching purposes. We have extensive built environment photo documentation of parts of Kerala, Gujarat, Karnataka, Northern and Western India, Nepal and Bhutan in South Asia.
